This 4CE credit class is offered ONLINE.
The 2026 Annual Commission Update course is the mandatory class required every year by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. This 4 CE course covers topics including common complaints filed against brokers, legislation impacting real estate this year, license maintenance, new broker rules, an overview of contract changes, CE audits and more.
- You must be logged into the Zoom class with your functional webcam on for the entirety of the class by 9:15 am.
- You must pass the exam at the end of the class.
- Zoom link will be in your registration confirmation.
- Handouts will be provided prior class.
2026 COMMISSION EDUCATION RULE 4.7.E-I:
"Student participation, including participation, start and end times, breaks, and any observable inattentiveness must be tracked to ensure that students are continuously present and engaged for the entirety of instructional time." No driving, sleeping, folding laundry, getting your hair done, talking on the phone, talking to your friend next to you, being away from the screen (when not on breaks) or playing Candy Crush. If you are seen doing any of these or similar activities, you'll get a warning. On the second offense you'll be notified that you will NOT receive CE credit/completion certificate.
